All you need is a few minutes to invest in yourself each day and the
desire to live a happier, healthier, stress free life!
1. Read your Colorgize Yourself WellÔ
Workbook and complete the exercises.
This should take seven weeks depending on how much time you have to
dedicate to you. Don’t rush. Enjoy the experiences.
2. Listen to your Spectral Journeys’ Music CD regularly while you
are in the car, at home or anywhere as an aid to condition yourself
in the art of relaxation.
This music is vibrationally balanced for both sound and color.
3. Listen to your Spectral Journeys’ ColorgizedÔ
Color Meditation CD each morning or evening using your ColorgizedÔ
DVD or Lamp to increase peace, joy and energy each day.
4. Regularly review the color exercises in the workbook to see what
color you need each day for optimal health. Create and carry your
intention card to remain focused.
5. Select an exercise format from anything you can think of…running,
walking, rowing, hiking, cycling, or anything you enjoy and listen
to the ColorgizedÔ Workout CD or download
the MP3 online.
6. Practice the ColorgizedÔ Yoga DVD for
a holistic mind/ body experience.
7. Read the book Raise Your Energy for Mind Body Wellness by
Christina Leon for a complete explanation of the Colorgized Wellness
Program.
